Velvet top coat is a smooth, velvety, matte top coat. It should be applied in a thicker layer to avoid smudging. It is used for all types of nail plates - natural and gel. To prevent electrification of the preparation, wipe the surface of the top coat with an acetone-free nail polish remover. An interesting effect is achieved by applying velvet top coat to selected nails, and on the rest - a glossy top coat.
